Nestle India + Project Nanhi Kali-#EducateTheGirlChild - Be a Boy

Every year, 20 million girls drop out of school in India. In many parts of our country even today, you have to be born a boy to enjoy the privilege of going to school. It comes from the age-old societal conditioning that girls are supposed to help with household chores and educating them is an unnecessary expense. Nestle India joined hands with Project Nanhi Kali to change this unfortunate situation with #EducateTheGirlChild. "Be a Boy" was the film created to launch the association.
